During a half-hour consultation appointment, you will learn about hypnotherapy and how you can benefit without obligation. An initial consultation is recommended at least a week before beginning therapy. This enables us to talk specifically about issues you want to address and tailor therapy to fit your needs.

We have lowered our consultation fee for the summer of 2026 to $25 (usually $50). It is payable at the appointment. The lower consultation fee is intended to open our practice to more people who are genuinely interested in learning how hypnotherapy can make a difference in their lives.
